Reviews From Amazon:

  • ★★★★★ Julie O. Koelsch - "David Margrave, a new children's book author, arrives on the scene with a book chock full of heart, soul, and educational value. He dedicates his first, of many I hope, book to his children and the child in us all. This father's love can be seen on each page. From an artist's standpoint, the book should be opened wide so both pages can be read as one; each page seems to be a canvas filled with the animals' group names and beautiful illustrations. Congratulations also to the illustrator Kim Wyly. I look forward to the next book by this gifted team."
  • ★★★★★ Cindy - "How better to introduce a child to animal communities than with this beautifully illustrated, warmly written story. From a gaggle of geese to a crash of rhinos everyone, including unicorns, will feel it a blessing when sharing When Fur and Feather Get Together."
  • ★★★★★ Tara - "When Fur and Feather Get Together is such a warm and loving book. The poem is a about a dad telling his child what different groups of animals are called, with a family being the culmination of the tale. The illustrations are joyful and eye catching. It is a perfect book to read to a child you love. I highly recommend this book. The author really conveys a sense of family."
